Getting Started

How do I unlock more categories?

The first 4 categories are free. To unlock category 5 and beyond, subscribe via the paywall shown when you tap a locked category — or watch a rewarded ad to unlock one category at a time.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the subscription screen inside the app and tap Restore Purchases.

My progress was reset — what happened?

Progress is tied to your device ID. If you reinstalled the app, your progress may not have been restored automatically. Contact us and we can look into it.

Subscription & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → DilBil → Cancel.
Android: Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → DilBil → Cancel.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly for refund requests.
