DilBil is developed and operated by Miclab. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the DilBil mobile application.

Information We Collect

• Device ID: A randomly generated identifier used to save your progress. It is not linked to your name, email, or any direct personal identity.
• Learning Progress: Which categories and lessons you have completed, stored on our server to support your app experience.
• Language Preference: The language you selected in the app.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected solely to operate and improve the app, including saving your progress, displaying appropriate content, and serving advertisements.

Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal data. We only share or allow access to data as necessary for the following services:

• Google AdMob — displays advertisements and may collect device identifiers and usage data. See Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
• Render.com — hosts our backend server where progress data is stored.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — processes all subscription payments. We do not store or process payment card information.

In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store or process your full payment information.

Children's Privacy

DilBil is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond the anonymous device ID described above, except as permitted by applicable law.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
